Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the Flame Keepers stories. Discover More CIC runs this website, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

On this website you should be able to:

• listen to every interview and read a full written transcript
• read text descriptions of photographs
• use the site on a phone or tablet
• zoom in on text without it running off the screen
• find your way around using a keyboard or screen reader

Other ways to hear the interviews
If a website isn’t easy for you, you can:

• borrow the interviews on a USB stick through Sight for Wight
• listen free on computers at Isle of Wight Libraries

Known issues
Some historic photos are scans of old prints, and writing in them may not be fully described.
